Menards Orientation

The orientation for a new employee generally lasts 2 to 4 hours. It includes spending time with other associates, meeting your managers, and learning about the different departments of the store.

You will also watch videos for 2 to 3 hours.

After watching videos of how the store operates and other pertinent work details, you’ll go to your department and begin training on the job.

Menards Employee Discount

Menards does give its employees a 10% discount. However, the 10% off comes out of your weekly paycheck, and you have a limit of only using up to 75% of your paycheck to buy merchandise.
